How we work
Three commitments shape how we hold client information, and they are the reason our systems are built the way they are.
- Named access. Every person who reaches a client record signs in as themselves. There are no shared logins.
- An append-only record. When something is corrected, the correction is recorded alongside what it replaced. Nothing is silently overwritten, because a record that can be quietly changed is not a record.
- Separation of client data. Client information is held in its own database rather than pooled with unrelated parties.
Regulatory position
We are not currently licensed as a financial services provider and we do not render financial services. We will publish our licence number here, and on every relevant document, once it is issued.
